Cancellation & Refund Policy (Standard Version)

1. Cancellation Policy

Guests can cancel their booking up to 24 hours before check-in for free cancellation.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in will be charged one night’s room tariff.

No-show (guest does not arrive) will be charged 100% of the booking amount.

 

2. Refund Policy

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 3–4 working days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.

In case of booking through third-party platforms (Agoda, Booking.com, Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, etc.), refunds will follow the platform’s policy.

Check-In & Check-Out Policy

Check-In Time: 12:00 PM

Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM

* Early Check-In

Early check-in is subject to availability.

Check-in before 6:00 AM may incur 100% of room charges.

Check-in between 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM may incur 50% of room charges.

* Late Check-Out

Late check-out is subject to availability.

Check-out after 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM may incur 50% of room charges.

Check-out after 4:00 PM will be charged 100% of room charges.

 

* Guest ID Requirement

All guests must present a valid government ID at the time of check-in.

Local IDs may be accepted based on property rules.

PAN card is not accepted as ID proof (optional rule).

* Visitors Policy

Visitors are allowed only in the lobby or common area.

Visitors are not allowed inside guest rooms, especially after 6 PM.

* Payment Policy

Full payment must be completed at the time of check-in.

For online bookings, the guest may need to present the booking confirmation.
